The key focus of this exercise is on how information sharing and coordination occurs from the government to the private sector, from the private sector to the government, and among various elements of the Outdoor Events Subsector during the threat and incident. The tabletop exercise (TTX) will provide participants with the opportunity to better understand the information sharing processes and the roles, responsibilities, and capabilities of Federal, state, and local governments in response to the threat environment and the attack scenario through facilitated discussions. This TTX is an interactive, discussion-based exercise focusing on impacts to information sharing activities caused by acts of terrorism and the resulting aftermath of such events. The scenario consists of two modules in chronological order and portrays a domestic threat, terrorist attacks, and their aftermath.
